Return Policy

At Axil Event Decor, each item is carefully inspected and packaged to maintain quality. To protect
product integrity and prevent event-use returns, we maintain the following seller-favorable return terms:

Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Return requests after 7 days are not eligible.

Eligible Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Completely unused and unopened
• In original packaging, with all protective materials intact
• In perfect, resellable condition

Items that show any signs of handling, staging, event use, or unwrapping are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
• Floral items, greenery, or any faux botanical pieces
• Event décor items used for weddings, parties, rentals, or photoshoots
• Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items
• Custom-made or special-order products
• Bulk orders of 10+ units (due to allocation and inventory planning)

Return Approval
All returns require pre-approval. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

Return Shipping
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
• Items damaged during return transit will not be eligible for refund.

Refunds
Once inspected and approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Restocking fee is automatically deducted

If an item does not meet return requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Report within 48 hours with photos
• Replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion

We do not offer refunds for minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to manufacturing or screen
display differences.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, cancellation is not guaranteed, as
processing may begin immediately.
